Chairman: Michał Wojciechowski
- Responsble for general running of the Club
- Makes sure the Committee decisions are implemented
- Responsible for all duties not covered by other Committee members
Secretary: Marek Mogielnicki
- Organises Committee meetings and AGM (Annual General Meeting)
- Is the external contact for other organisations
- Deals with Club correspondence
Treasurer: Michał Wojciechowski EMAIL
- Runs Club's finances including member fees etc.
- Responsible for Club's bank account
Safety Officer: Rafał Cypcar
- Provides members with information regarding safety
- Responsible for liasing with BHPA when necessary
Chief Coach: Marek Kozłowski
- Coordiantes Club Coaches
- Organises or gathers information about courses available for Club members and Coaches
Competition Office: Tomasz Janikowski
- Motivates members to take part in local and international competitions
- Provides point of contact for competition organisers

All posts are open for reelection every calendar year provided there are new candidates.
